WELCOME BACK ALL SPLOOFUSERS!

We're delighted to see all of you! Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while Sploofus was down.

We will be rerunning Redsox9's "One Word Music Groups" word puzzle and any other WP that was missed.

We appreciate your support. Now, dive in and have fun! Many games await you!

I don't have any advice to give to Mr Sploofus but he should have a quick look at the other trivia website called Funtrivia that seems to run smoothly and had a good business model with a right balance between paying members and non-paying members.

Just did a quick check. 10 out of 59 players currently online are either Gold or Plat!

Just did a long check. There are less than 1% paying members. Of course, many members are still at level 1 which means they joined, did a couple of quizzes or questions of the day, and then never did anything else in two or three years. You can't count them as members, really.

There are members who are at level 10 or more who might just be tempted to become a Silver Member for say $10 a year if they could do more WordPuzzles or use their Wager Tokens and Showdown Tokens. All those features are surely automatic and would not cause more work - or would they?

Even if another 1000 people paid their $10 a year, that would be more income for Justin and it would make sure that we didn't have a shut down again. I don't think I could take another two days like we've just had. Whew! Thank goodness we're back!

Had to have an ID and password to see "sploofus refugees". I guess it was overloaded.
With all that time off, Gerdieducks will probably have more than a few shotgun shells, full.

Thank you Justin. We know you had better things to do with a weekend.

I'm also glad it's back up. I was traveling, and was hoping it was just a problem at my hotel. But guess not.

Now I'm back home - both physically and on the internet
