Dear Gold and Platinum members,

I have just extended all of your accounts by 2 weeks to make up for the approx. 48-hour service outage we experienced late last week. More info to come, and thank you for your continued support! I apologize for any inconvenience that was caused by the servers being down - and hope that this 2 week extension of all Gold/Plat expiration dates will help make up for it.

Would you please answer this question about the cost: what time period does the $2500 cover?

Is that monthly? Yearly? Quarterly?

If your paid membership expired during the outage, please submit a support ticket along with a C&P of the complete automatic message you received from Sploofus about your membership expiration. We can manually extend your membership for two weeks.

Justin, I've worked customer support on a computer program, so I know a tiny bit what you're going through. Thanks for finally posting to your own site -- I'm one of the few who aren't google or facebook so I had to mess about to find out what was happening.
Please ignore the yelling and do what you can on the site. Also realize that there are users who aren't having problems...we don't post! My only complaint right now is that I can never figure out who or where! Good luck, Ann (mickeym)

Thanks Justin. As it's been said before the 2 weeks is very generous but not really warranted. However it is appreciated. More so than that the fact that the site is up and running and I can talk to many friends and acquaintences I have met here as well as play some fun games and even learn a few things is very much appreciated.
