My latest Trivia Challenge timed out on me today, it took forever to bring the question up, then told me I'd timed out when I answered the question in plenty of time. If I try to raise a ticket I get directed to a bug report, which from previous experience gets ignored anyway. Grrrrrr.

Thanks Dizzy, that wasn't _especially_ helpful. I'd been there but there was no "support ticket" heading. I found it by digging down into a game heading. Done it now.

Hi, Pierre, "Help" is the correct link for a Support Ticket. The "green bug" at the top right is to report a system bug.

I'm not sure what you mean by "trivia challenge." If it's a Showdown, there is a category under "Help," I believe it's second on the list that mentions system error. When you click on that and type in your problem in the "comments" box, usually the editor will get in touch with you. When that happened to me, they checked my answer and let me know if it was right or wrong even if the timer ran out.

If the "trivia challenge" is the Trivia Question of the Day, TQOTD, then there is a support category for that, and one of the options is that the timer runs out before you finish.

That appears to be where you need to lodge your issue, for future reference, since you've already reported it some other way this time.
