That had to have been a typo, right, in the Bad Egg puzzle? Because "Curses, Foiled Again" isn't a pun. However, "Curses, BOILED Again" is. I'm thinking a lot of us got that one considering I had one wrong guess and six or seven extra letters solving it and still ended up in sixth place.

It is if the bad egg comes wrapped in foil.

Of course it could be "curses fowled again" too.

Foiling easter eggs is the latest fad! That is, dyeing them inside foil to get an interesting effect.
Also putting colored foil around eggs is popular at home as well as commercially!

Yep, curses boiled and hareobics got me too. 3 pink screens and many extra letters!

Oh well, I'll blame Barry, he put a hex on me!

As Ed Grimley used to say, "I'm doomed more than doom itself."

Count me among those who wanted to be boiled but were foiled instead by the villainous Easter egg.

Yep, that Villainous Easter egg got me, too. I think I must have put in every other letter because I just knew BOILED had to be right.

Surprisingly,I didn't crack a shell [or was it a smile?] while I was solving the "curses, foiled again" puzzle. I guess I was in a Snidely Whiplash frame of mind and didn't even consider "boiled."

I scored well and I certainly enjoyed this very punny w,p. Some very clever phrases.

Like pun puzzles although this time I had 4 pink screens, all because of sloppy typing. Grrr.

This was a great puzzle.
