This is really silly but my hemologist just told me a riddle that I'm supposed to figure out by 9 tonight when he comes back.
Here is the riddle: Brothers and sisters I have none. But this man's father is my father's son.
The answer is not half-brother either.
What the heck is the answer? LOL

Me or I or myself.

Or in your case the answer to you doctor (pointing at him) would be "You!"

Thanks Felix! I was thinking it might be that, but figured that was too simple.
I do the same thing on quizzes and change my choice to wrong ones!

I agree with amyt...the answer is the speaker's son.

my father's son = the speaker = this man's father
this man = the speaker's son

It is the speaker's son. Since the speaker has no brothers or sisters, the phrase "my father's son" can be replaced by "I."

So "This man's father is I." Me?

Anyway, if I'm his father, he's my son.

If you think that's bad, go look at "I am my own grandpa" lyrics on the web someplace, then the incredibly serious explanation at'm_My_Own_Grandpa
My DH is into genealogy and this sort of stuff drives his programs crazy!

So taking your advice, I told the riddle to some friends, and when I told them the answer of Paul Pelosi Jr., they just blinked.

Thanks everyone for confirming the answer. Doc was surprised I got it.
He said that I couldn't search it, but he never said anything about Sploofus,
so now I'm smart. LOL
