Why is she in a wheelchair all time anymore? I actually thought she was older than 78. Good luck to her, she's still drawing headlines!

I think she had a hip replacement. She looks good for her age I just thought of another thing. She wants to spread the love around.

Good ol' Liz, she's an old-fashioned girl, when she's in love she wants to get married. Gotta love her optimism.

Ever stop to think that she might be an impossible bitch to live with?

Could be. Or just an incredibly bad judge of men.

She never got over Mike. We all know that. Even Richard knew that.

Bad judge? Possible , but when you look over the list only Burton come up to be a real jerk. Well, maybe Hilton too.

Well Smoke, I always figured that Eddie just had bad judgement in women.

Hey, yer man is in line to marry a very, very rich 78 year old with long time health problems. I guess he figures, 'put up with the bewigged old goat for a few years and I'm made for life'. He's certainly not in it for the long term, kids etc. Why did Smaug miss out on this wonderful opportunity?????????

When I heard the news it rocketed through my system like a shot of placebo.

Bad taste in men????? How do you figure? Mostly rich, mostly handsome, often talented, often powerful, often famous, often several of those! And if you don't count Nicky Hilton, and being widowed with Michael Todd, she was married to each for from five to ten years. I'd say she's had it all.

Oh, sorry, I meant bad judge of men for herself, not that the men were particularly bad people. She just never seemed to find one she could be happy with, even when she was passionately in love with them. Even with her two great loves, Todd and Burton, her relationships were tempestuous at best, as famous for fights as for love. Nine marriages denotes some degree of faulty judgment, no?

Maybe "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf" was so convincing because it was real life?

I say, "Why not!", and wish them both all the best. After all, isn't love grand?!!!

Hey, Liz is like a sponge. She sucks up all the love she can get. Good on her. It doesn't matter whose judgement it is. Why not have one more romantic fling before the world-winds of time absorb her?

I say monogomy is highly overrated and it is a rare person who can find their soulmate. Sooooo many people stay in bad
marriages because they are insecure and don't want to be alone. I am a poor judge of men except for my ex-husband. I
think she is a great lady and unbelievable actress, and when she was young I think she was probably the most beautiful
woman in the world. Remember back then they didn't have all the great new plastic surgery. Good luck to her hope springs
eternal. I agree with Smoke some people don't ever get over certain loves.

I have a cousin who, as a teenager, resembled Elizabeth Taylor. How I envied her! Elizabeth Taylor was a gorgeous child and adult and I agree, probably the most beautiful woman in the world at that time. She has some wonderful movies to her credit. Although not her best movie, who didn't love her in "National Velvet".
