Hey everyone,

Just wanted to let you all know I found a site with a very interesting analysis on the whole show. I'm on Facebook and LOST-The Final Season is one of my Fan Pages. Anyway, I found this guy's website and he shares his thoughts on the whole series. It is really good. I wouldn't look at it if you don't want to read a real plausible explanation for everything, because his thoughts on the story are extremely thought-provoking. He's not affiliated with the show in any way, but certainly seems to have great insight. I found it so interesting to read. If you want to check it out, it's at Let me know if any of you read it. I'd be interested in your thoughts.

While I agree with some of his logic and find all of his analysis interesting, I'm not sure I agree. I don't think Ben was corrupted by and serving MIB, nor do I think Richard currently is.

I'll have to cogitate on the rest of it awhile and see....

Okay, I don't see how a baby could be used by MIB, so that doesn't work for me.

But what about this? If he's right that the MIB can use someone who has died off-island as a candidate, how about anyone born on-island could be Jacob's? That way it's opposite and it makes more sense. Someone could be born and grow up as Jacob's apprentice, taking over if necessary. So the MIB made sure all the babies that were to be born on the island died before they could be candidates.

I don't have a clue what's going to happen. I guess we won't have too much longer to wait. My husband is absolutely convinced that Jack is going to be the new keeper of the island. This guy, Ken, said basically the same thing. So it'll be interesting to see if the guys are correct. I think he agrees with you that babies born off the island could be candidates for Jacob and the ones born on the island could be candidates for MIB. Really does make sense. Will check back soon. : )

I'll check it out this weekend. (reading a massive book for a class report due in a week.)
