Hi all. Looking for some help. I've upgraded to platinum but account status is still gold so i can't use any of my extra priviliges. Anyone know how long it takes to change over please?

You are all set. Sometimes the delay can be up to 2 business days if you upgrade an already upgraded account (for example upgrading from Silver to Gold, or from Gold to Platinum, etc.)

From the forthcoming (new and working, that is) Support System:

I am currently a Silver or Gold Member but would like to upgrade to another level.

"You can upgrade your account to another level (i.e. Gold or Platinum) and receive credit for the time left on your current membership. Just go to the upgrade page, select your desired membership type, make payment, and your account status will be upgraded within two business days. Time left on your current membership will be prorated and applied proportionately to the new subscription."

I have a question, Justin. As of right now, I have a Gold membership which expires in December. If I choose to stay Gold, is it possible to pay early or right now, for that matter, and have it extended until June '07? I use Paypal to do this, so can it be done? I don't want to cause any confusion, but would rather not wait until the deadline also.
