I quit doing WP's in my last Sploofus life but will start again if they stay as good as this.

This was a really fun puzzle -- thanks! I enjoyed the trip down memory lane, but I haven't seen a couple of the movies mentioned, so I'm looking forward to renting them sometime.

Great puzzle. I learned a tidbit or two and had fun as well. I too appreciated the tense consistency.

Enjoyed the puzzle very much, disliked the ballgame even more. Got to stop double dipping!

Great classics written about in a clear conversational tone with no tricks or stumpers. Love!

Some great classic movies were honored here. Every one I had sparked a "yes, that was a great movie".
I even had one [or two?] that I honored in my recent word puzzle submissions.

Thanks for the very kind comments. This was my first WP, but I wanted to share some memories and ideas before age takes them away. I have a couple more on the drawing board, and while I try my best to be consistent with tenses, it is not always possible when some of your subjects still exist and others don't.

Also, for what it's worth, I generally feel that people are "on" TV and "in" the movies.

I really do appreciate the posts you've left and the PM's. I have an excellent editor/mentor.
