I looked at some of the questions in quizzes I have written and it appears that quote marks and apostrophes have been changed to question marks. I think it happened in quizzes that I wrote in Word and pasted into Sploofus.

Has this happened to anyone else?

As a matter of fact, I noticed this problem while editing quizzes this morning. I have asked Justin about it and am awaiting an answer.
I will let him know this is an issue with live quizzes as well. Thanks for saying so!

Same happened to my post of a Pub Trivia Quiz in Trivial Tangents, and I KNOW it wasn't like that when I posted it.

And I know that some quizzes have all of a sudden acquired duplicate questions when they didn't use to have them. Verrrrrry eerie.

I just took about 10-12 quizzes, many of them writeen in 2005-2006. Some of them recent, some of them not. I have found that the strange characters are pervasive throughout. All quotes are now something else, usually question marks but a couple of odd symbols that I am not quite sure what they were.

So while this does not add much to it, it is just another confirmnation of some strangeness with the new server. Maybe the red pony or a purple ghost has taken up residence within the server?

More likely, the program automatically turned those characters into their html equivalents, and the new server doesn't yet translate them back. I'm sure it will be resolved before long.
