I would just like to say how incredibly grateful I am to Justin for everything he has done. He has done a wonderful job with this site, and that is certainly confirmed by reading some of the posts in the "EVERYBODY READ THIS POST!" thread. I noticed that some people couldn't even tell that Justin is running this almost by himself, so that is proof positive of the excellent job he is doing. I have tried to be nothing but supportive (hopefully it showed), because, since joining the Sploofus community, I have learned that Justin is a genuinely caring and sympathetic person, and that any and all arising problems are given fast and direct attention and cleared up as quickly as possible. Not only does Justin compassionately listen to all of us, but he goes as far out of his way as possible to cater to our wants and needs. He has even visited my weblog and personal poetry website at least one time each, and took the time out of his extremely busy schedule to sign my guestbook. When the Gold memberships were first put in effect, I posted a thread stating how much I enjoyed Sploofus, but that I had several personal issues and could not afford the fee. A day or so later, I received a message saying that someone had paid for my membership. To this day, I can't say who the donor was, but I have my suspicions. Whoever it was, if you're reading this, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You'll never know how much that small gesture meant to me. I say we are so extraordinarily blessed to have Justin running this site. Problems will arise; costs will go up; people will get upset; things will generally go awry. This is life, and that is what happens. There is no stopping or avoiding it. But, and it's a big but, we are incredibly lucky to have a constant, a man who is so willing to listen even though he doesn't have to, someone who actually cares about people for something other than the fact that they have money. Not everyone is so lucky. I am thankful and proud to be so lucky. So thankful that I am renewing my membership this month. God bless you, Justin, and all the volunteers, who so willingly give their time. It may not seem like it should have, but Sploofus has made a world of difference in my life, and I will never forget it. Thank you. TTFN, Diane

A second to your post. Thank you for a great trivia website that keeps my mind working beyond the capacity of looking after my 2 year old. I didn't know that one person put in his blood, sweat and tears (with the help of volunteers). Thank you again for keeping me sane.

Beautifully written Pandora. Straight from the heart. This is what I love about Sploofus, the people.

Thank you all very much. After reading the Sploofus-authored thread ("Everybody read this"), I tried to think of a thread name that would catch the Sploofmeister's attention enough to tempt him to read the adjoining post. I'm glad to see it has caught yours also.

If ever there was a reason to have a chat forum on Sploofus, it was for my reading of this post. Over the past two years, has seen it's share of highs and lows. This post is a high. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being such an integral part of our Sploofusing community. I will continue to re-visit your BLOG and value you as a friend and honest colleague.

With love,

Darn it, Justin. Why'd you have to go and be that sweet and make me cry? lol Just kidding... Well, not about crying, but anyhoo... I'm glad that I could help make the work you do a little more worth it. Reading this thread also put a big smile on my face and a tear in my eye, because I got to see that I'm not the only one who feels the way I do. It makes me happy for you. Not everyone realizes how much you do to keep this site going. I'm sure I don't fully realize it, either. I was just telling my ex about all this, and reading him this thread, telling him about the "everybody read this" thread, and because of it, he asked me to send him a referral so he can become a part of it, too. Your honesty, integrity, and hard work has touched so many of us, and I have to wonder if you had any idea what your hobby would become, if you knew what a difference you would make to so many. I truly appreciate knowing you, and am so touched and proud to have you call me your friend. I cannot believe you still visit my sites, considering all that you have to do, but I'm so touched and pleased. Please don't stress yourself out anymore than you already do, though, just to visit. I'd feel awful! Take good care of yourself, Justin. Thank you so much, and God bless you and your family.

TTFN, Diane
