Hi, I know that we have discussed this before but I am frustrated at the moment. I launched a quiz today that the editor sent me a note saying it was an excellent, challenging and eduational quiz. I have only had two people take it so far, but they rated it very, very poorly, in fact the average rating on the quiz is like a 3. I am horrified. The details are very clear, that it is a difficult quiz, exactly what it is about, and where I got the information. The descriptions are several sentences in length, and very descriptive. There is no way that it could have been confused for some other topic.
The two people that have taken the quiz have scored poorly, 10% and 30%. I have scored 0% and given 8's and 9's. Why, because it was an exceptionally well written quiz. It is not the quiz writers fault that I am clueless or stupid.

I think it would be better if the quiz ratings were more thorough.. or two ratings.. a
two you say..
something like
AMAZING, awesome fun, amazing learning experience
great, great fun, learned a lot
really good, lots of fun, educational
good , fun, learned something new
average, average fun, common knowledge
ok, ok fun, nothing new
well below average, tedious,boring
poor, not fun, boring
horrid, no fun at all, nothing to learn or enjoy

you get the idea.. so that each number is described by how well written, enjoyment level and education or learning level

or have a new ratings system eventually, where
there are two ratings given, a "fun" rating and a well written level

ok i am just frustrated

I looked at your ratings for your quizzes launched today. At the time of my writing they have had averages: 8.0 and 7.6. Maybe, these are different quizzes. But, you always need to wait for more people to take them to see the real picture. I liked your ideas on the quiz rating.
