I am having a blast taking these, though some of them are pretty hard.

If you haven't had a chance to take mine yet, please do!

Planning on taking all of them. This morning has been a ton a fun!

I have managed to get through 14 so far, but now if i want to go to work, i need to go to sleep, so that I can function tonight.

I have had several people comment that mine is too hard, because each question has 4-5 sentences leading into the actual question. My quiz started rather eclectic, but ended up with a focus that I really did not realize it until I went back to read the questions after a couple people messaged on how very hard the quiz was. The quiz ended up being on the beginings of our Christmas traditions. It is modern history and ancient history and I thought rather fun, but apparently not. I am begining to think that my quizzes tend to be too hard, but I do not know how to make them easier. Ok that sounds stupid i know, but I have no idea how to change that.

I want to make an easier quiz for next month quiz community challenge
i am loving the quizzes so far
i am learning a lot and just generally think that they are really interesting even if I have not sent a message telling anyone that

I enjoyed your quiz Raven; even though I didn't score well I learned stuff, which is just as good if not better.

Mine is the hardest one of all but most of it can be figured out if you put on your thinking cap and pay close attention.

I've enjoyed all the ones I've taken and am also pleasantly surprised by the lack of duplication.

Thanks to everyone who made the effort, and happy holidays to all!

So far, I have taken all of them. I enjoyed all of them even tho' some were harder than others. It was a pretty wide variety.

Hi, Ravenslight, I agree, I tend to write the same sort of puzzle and it's not easy to make them 'easier' without losing a lot of the interest/information.

However, one way I've tried to make difficult puzzles a little easier (with, I think, some success!) is to make the wrong answers really silly - at least, they seem really silly to me, but people still guess them wrong, albeit less often!

I don't know if that would help you, it's just a suggestion!

Be careful not to make the answers TOO silly! Remember SQAG rule #4d: Each question must have five (5) unique, logical answers. We editors usually let one or two ridiculous distractors slide by, especially if they are clever or hilarious! But too many unbelievable choices will get your quiz returned.
