This is the first time when this is happening to me. I have answered the TQTD, the timer kept going and the answer did not register at all, so the error sign appeared next.

I have posted a note in the Salty Dog area, but could not find how to place a support ticket.
How is this problem usually handled?
Can I retake the question?

This has happened to me a few times. If you knew the answer, you may have gotten credit for it. If your level points went up, even if the page timed out, you got credit and points for the correct answer.

If you weren't paying attention to your level when you answered, you can't be sure.

Your post in Salty Dog is one of the two ways to open a problem. The other is to go to "Player Support" under "Your Account" and enter a ticket there. If none of the available categories there lets you report your problem, do it from the "Other" category. However, it's very likely that you might receive an email from Sploofus saying that your ticket was "rejected".

Thanks Larry, the level points did increase by one, you are right. I guess in this case I am just missing a "Congratulations" part and a blue ribbon.
