For those of you interested in tracking Santa's progress across the world Christmas Eve, you will be pleased to note that NORAD (the bi-national U.S.-Canadian military organization responsible for the aerospace defense of the United States and Canada)provides satellite tracking of Santa, along with digital video and maps.

Its a great way to spend Christmas Eve and it also alerts you to when Santa is coming close to your neck of the woods to encourage little ones to go to bed. Its a tradition for us.

Here's the link and Merry Christmas!

I'm not looking forward to the day when we no longer need to track Santa.

We still watch Christmas Eve on Sesame Street, and my baby is 31 years old. There is no need to ever stop tracking Santa.

That's a neat site...too bad my boys don't do this anymore..although we do watch the local weather and news at 11 still and they tell where Santa is over Tennessee...

I went to the site and did a Santa Claus puzzle this morning. They have some pretty neat stuff.

Thanks Eesus, this will be fun.

But it will make me honest. A couple of years ago when I was running behind with Christmas preparations, Santa called my husband on his cell phone to tell us that he had to head back to the North Pole for a second load and wouldn't reach our house until the next night. My daughter was so excited that Santa called us personally that she didn't mind at all. We had a great day on Christmas and the next day, when we actually celebrated, was just as magical as ever.

Guess I can't lie to my daughter anymore, if Santa is being tracked!

hahaha. But you know, since Santa is magical, he can do ANYTHING!

At our house, Santa comes to only those who believe. Thank you Norad.
