A quiz that I submitted today was posted within an hour or so, but the quiz I submitted yesterday is nowhere to be found. I never got any messages saying that it was rejected or anything and it still says that it's pending. What gives? Anyone else had this happen before?

From what I can figure out, it depends on when the quiz editores are actually working. If you submitted one while the quizzes were actually being worked on, it luckily got through fast. If you submit one while the staff are on a trip to Aruba with all the stacks of Sloofbucks they make(I've heard rumors) you might have to wait awhile. I'm just guessing they don't work 24 hours. If you write a lot of quizzes like I do, sometimes you can figure out when's a good time of day, but it's always a crapshoot.

I once had one held up (I found out later) because the editor had to ask for an opinion or help from the other editors or Sploofus management. They told me later they had to check to see if the type of quiz I wrote was still being allowed.

They don't allow math quizzes, True or False, or Word Jumbles any more.

Was your quiz something like that?

No my quiz was actual trivia of sorts. Not only do I give a long description of a movie scene and the quiz taker must guess the movie, but on some of it I added little trivia tidbits.

Sounds like a cool quiz, I'd like to take it...has it been approved yet?

I just realized I spelled editors as "editores". Maybe thta's what they call them in Aruba; I can't get that out of my head!

They also spell "that" wrong too. Sheesh.
