WRONG DATE FOR ACCOUNT EXPIRATION

I have an account that expires 1/15/2007. My daughter has been an member since 2/4/06. I am aware that my account will expire next week and I am planning on renewing, however, my daughter's account should not be expiring on that date.


She received a message indicating that her account would be expiring next week (my expiry date). Is there any way to correct this?

I have tried to send a player support ticket on this issue and it was returned.

The rules say no one under 18 is supposed to be a member of this site.Keep sending in a support ticket until you get your answer,that is what I would do.Martha

Thanks for the reply, I had only assumed that because there are "kids only" quizzes that it would be okay.

I have sent several support tickets but it isn't a question of them not being answered, it is a question of them being returned as undeliverable.
