My wife did the current word Puzzle last night after I went to bed. This morning, I awake, log on and try my go at it. But, it takes me right to the leaderboard for the puzzle, and clicking the title only gets me the message saying it appears I've taken it already.

That's twice in the last ten days that has happened to me. It's not so much the possible 10,000 plus points,...well, ok, it IS the possible 10,000 plus points, but today it's mainly the fact that I really enjoy 'The Trivial Years' series.

A support ticket the first time got no response. I'm wondering if this ever happened to anyone else where more that one user has access to Sploofus.

Yes, that must have been what happened in my case. My daughter was visiting and did her WP on my computer. I started mine a few hours later and got the same message you did...already taken, even thought I got the standard beginning front page that I was able to click on and then the first puzzle displayed. When I selected my first letter, I got that message.

Hmm that has happened to me too and I knew I hadn't even logged into Sploofus that day until right then. I wonder if it is because my husband did a WP, although on his lap top not my desktop, but we do have the same IP.

This happens to me occasionally when I try to log on to the puzzle shortly after it starts. If I wait until I have been notified of my final finish in the previous puzzle I can get on. I have missed doing a few this way.

In the future, please remember that these types of problems need to be posted in the thread that Justin set up...that is where he tracks the problems.
