I apologize for shouting, but I have posted this information a couple of times and also sent numerous player support tickets. The ones sent from my account (Deasmom) were returned, undeliverable, and there has been no reply to the support ticket sent from my daughter's account (Keelinotp.)

My account (Deasmom) was opened Jan 1/06, I have renewed it twice, as Gold. I never received an account expiration notice. Keelin's accout was opened 2/4/06 so she should have another 3 weeks left on her account. However, she received an account expiration warning and now her account is inactive. I do plan to renew, but I want to make sure that her account validity dates are coorect in your records.

Thank you, no it has not. Keelinotp's gold status was terminated early. I renewed my gold account on Jan 15.

I appreciate your looking into this. It also occurs to me, if the expiry dates are reversed, I wonder if I will receive an expiry notice on my recently renewed account.
