This morning has been particularly slow. During this last round, I had two attempts that never loaded. When I looked at my times, those two attempts were scored as %, like I never took them at all. Some attempts added over 15 seconds to the time it normally would have taken. Hopefully it will be better soon. BTW, deal me in!! LOL

I hear ya. This is pathetic. Some attempts are 35 secs, others are 65...craziness.

Anyone have any 8s? Go Fish

Maybe the rounds should be called "TURTLEWord Rounds or SNAILWord Rounds - it would fit. - lol - I thought it was maybe my computer at home, but my work one did the same and the one this past weekend up at the condo did the same thing.

Hey folks - I sincerely apologize for the delays. We are in desperate need of more CPU and RAM in our database server, both of which are very expensive. Please hang in there while we try to find a solution to this problem.

It occurred to me that members outside of Australia may not understand the title of this thread.

It's from a television advertisement for our yellow pages (business telephone directory). The employee (Jan) forgets to renew the employer's ad in the yellow pages, hence no advertising and loss of business.

"Not happy Jan" has become quite a catchphrase in Australia.

Do you have this ad in other countries?

Umm.....I thought the phrase was "Not Happy, John!" .....referring to Prime Minister John Howard during last Australian Federal Election.

Now somebody will have to do a "Commercial Catch-Phrases Turned Into Political Slogans" quiz. We have at least one question taken care of already.
