MY WORST SPLOOFUS EXPERIENCE EVER

I have just missed my membership expiration date and did nor realize that my status went to "normal".

I spent almost 24 hours before becoming GOLD again. It was the most annoying time on Sploofus. Those that have not been been a paid member probably can not realize that playing could be much more enjoyable without the pop-ups,advertisements blocking the screen and so on. I am not even talking about the other options available to paid members.

Anyway, I am just sharing my experience. I am happy to be back.

GETTING DUMPED FROM THE ELVIS PUZZLE
and I DID ALL FIVE

Same here, Simon! And I paid 2 days early! Dunno which was worse, the ads crowding almost every page (good ads--must pay the bills) or the muteness.

Nothing good about the muteness.

Muteness is NOT for me!



Maybe this is a good place to say the system needs work in this area. It should be easier to renew without losing access. For starters, we could be instructed more clearly. The notice I got that Smoke20 was expiring in a week invited me (as I recall) to "renew at that time" so I didn't do it as soon as I might have otherwise. Is it possible to have a Paypal link in the one-week reminder, either in e-mail or Sploofus message? Then the renewal could be recorded as yes or no and service wouldn't be interrupted, but would proceed from the original expiration date. Loyal, habitual, not to say addicted players deserve that protection.

I have been lucky...joining about on my birthday so I know when my money is due...So, I go ahead and pay about a week in advance and Justin keeps the dates straight so I am not paying twice for the same days.

My worst Sploofus experience was the outage and hiccups that followed the last server-change. It was torture to sit at a screen that said "Server Not Found" (or similar) when I wanted to be here!

Now we have another traumatic day coming up......
