Thanks, Justin! I just re-launched one of my quizzes, which was launched with "no correct" answers the first time. The correct answers were there in "RED" as they should be this time. Thanks again for your dedication to "Sploofus Island".

Relaunched 10 quizzes...all had no problems. Some were taken in the misconfigured state. I do not deserve those points.

You might as well take those points, because I found out I can't retake corrupted quizzes I'd tried previously.

Is it unusual to have a quiz with "five" ahead of me for well over one week now, and waiting in line since February 8th? Just curious.

If a quiz is returned to the author and subsequently resubmitted, it waits at the head of the queue for the editor who had previously handled it. Apparently in your case, the quiz's editor did not do any editing for a few days, and thus it sat in its place.

Because of this system that gives "owned" quizzes priority in the queues of the owning editors, tbe numbers of quizzes shown in the status messages are only approximations.

I had a quiz with only 6 in front of it sit unpublished for days all the while dozens of other quizzes were being published. So one day I went to check on its status and out of the blue it had not been resubmitted to me but rather was in my box as if I had never submitted it in the first place...needless to say I had to resubmit it and it went to the end of the line and had to wait from scratch to be edited all over again. Why would a quiz that is waiting to be edited all of a sudden appear as if it had never been submitted? This wasn't the case of a quiz being returned for further edits.

As noted in other threads, once a quiz is assigned to an editor, it is their property to manage minus in intervention from the top. If the editor is unavailable for any reason (personal, work, sick, whatever), a quiz can sit in waiting for them to return to editing.

There has been an issue with quiz notes for quizzes originally launched during the server change. We are working harder to get that issue behind us. Your quiz may be a victim of the glitch which causes messages not to reach you.

I will look to see who owns your quiz. If I can, I will try to get it moved.

All of your quizzes appear to be launched. Nothing is pending, except one that is only half written.

Your other quiz did not go to the end of the line. Even though it may appear to have, once it is assigned to an editor it will always appear at the front of their queue.

I have a quiz that the index got messed up on and I resubmitted it and people are taking it. However, the number of people who took the quiz differs between what is listed from the Your Quizes menu tab and what is listed when I click Trivia Quizes menu tab. The larger number is under the Trivia Quizes menu tab - I hope and assume that is the right number, and that I got all the points from those additional takers. This is no big deal, but I wonder if anyone else is having the same problem?

I have seen many numbers that do not agree. I have had both stay reasonably close and therefore I have decided that some things are updated dynamically and some in batch mode. No problems here.

Items to watch besides number of takers include: average quiz rating, both received and given, sploofactor and number of subscribers. All seem roughly accurate over time but do not move quite as fast as points, including total, and those for each category. Points seem to be so dynamic that I can not move fast enough to seem them change. Clearly, I am not Meadowlark Lemon!

For several days, I have been taking quizzes and get the message that I got 0% correct. I know this to be incorrect. Do we have another glitch?

The 0% thing has also been happening to me and Swiper. After you submit your last answer, it says 0%, and the list of questions which shows the ones you missed and the correct answers doesn't show up at all. I can't remember if I was able to rate the quiz or not, but Swiper told me she couldn't rate one of mine.

I had it last night. It gave me no percentage correct, just a plain percent sign. Below that is gave me a blank spot for the time. However, well below that it said I received the standard 100 points for taking the quiz and a difficulty bonus of 220 points. It gives me the impression of a cosmetic error that is not actually affecting my score. It is, however, annoying.

Attention Editors!!!

I took a quiz authored by Edgycater Classic Country 1974 Songs. I loved the quiz and scored 100% and should have been #2 on the list, but my name didn't appear as having taken it at first as it usually would. It did finally show up.

Inadvertently, I clicked on the thing below to report it, because I had never used that before, thinking I would have a chance to explain the problem. No form or anything to explain, and now I have reported a quiz in the abuse, bad content or whatever category which was not my attention at all. Like I said it was a great quiz, and I loved it.

Thanks a bunch, and sorry!

new problem with quizzes.
As of yesterday my score for quizzes is recorded but when i click my 'rating' I get an error message and I'm told I cant access that quiz.
This is not a computer-specific problem; it has happened at two different machines

I am getting the same message, after taking the quiz I get my score, I rate the quiz, and then get an error message that I can not access the quiz. What is going on?

Justin addressed this problem in the "Salty Dog" under Mitchy's thread about quizzes. Supposed to be fixed shortly.

This is a problem I have not had before...I have taken 2 different quizzes and when I submit my answer for the #10 question it pops up question #11 of 10 with just a submit button. Then it shows no % or anything for me, but it does show that I have already taken the quiz.

I am running Vista
Cable modem
