I got a message on 4/1 saying my Gold membership would expire in 1 week and it said " I sincerely hope that you might consider upgrading again AT THAT TIME"(my caps). Does that mean that I cannot do a new membership BEFORE that date? I would hate to pay and have the membership last for only 1 or 2 days, until my current membership expires. I also don't want do renew on the exact date and have a lapse in membership while it's being processed.

I renewed a few days before my gold membership expired in March thinking it might take a couple of days but it renewed instantly. Great service. Hope this helps.

I renewed two weeks ago at Platinum and it showed up in my command center right away. I was a little confused when I got the request to [upgrade} when I was already platinum.

I also renewed my Gold membership a week to 2 weeks prior to the expiration date, Linda. I was like you and didn't want to wait until the last minute. I think the new expiration date was changed at the top of the command center in a day or 2.
