HELP! TROUBLE THAT I CANNOT FIX!

I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem...and/or if anyone knows how to fix it or why it started.I can log in and navigate through Sploofus...I can take quizzes,play Word Puzzles and post in WR & WM chat...I also had no problem answering a Showdown challenge...but I can NOT play WordRound or WordMatch and while I can view my unaswered trivia questions of the day, it won't let me answer any of them! This is driving me nuts...I don't understand what's going on! I have tried logging in,then out,then in agan...Clearing my cookies did not fix the problem either.I submitted a player support ticket but last time I submitted a ticket, it took a month or more for a response...I have a a Gold Account...and I'm on webtv.This is the first problem I have really had in 2 years of playing here...Can anyone help? Thanks...

I'm sorry I do not have the answer for you, but I think you might get a response faster in the Salty Dog forum. Everyone there has always been very helpful when I've had a problem/question.
Since you've already put in a support ticket, I hope you hear something soon. Your situation would drive me crazy too.

I can't help you with your basic problem, but I can tell you that the support tickets are really fast now. I got an answer back the same day that I sent one out! Give it a shot.

Any way you can try it on another computer? That would determine if it your account or the webtv device.

Most public libraries have computers for accessing the Internet.

Well...Thank you...for the suggestions,and for the sympathy...! I can't imagine what's causing this problem...& the fact that my computer/internet I.Q. is about -40...it might as well be brain surgery.I did get a response from player support,but...even THEY don't know what the problem is or how to fix it...That can't be good! Thanks again everyone...

If you will check out Sploofus Hotwire, Justin (Sploofus) made a post concerning Web TV. Don't know if you've read it yet. Think I read it yesterday. Maybe this may answer some of your questions or problems.

Marilyn, Good point. Check Hotwire. Sploofus is no longer supporting the antiquated technology of WebTV. Time to get a real computer!
