Got booted from the WP tonight, sent in a support ticket and before I could sneeze, it was reset for me ... thanks SO much. The response is sooo quick now, it's unbelievable!!

I was late getting started on the TV Crossover WP in the first place, then got kicked off before I had finished even one puzzle. Super-speedy support ticket answer let me squeeze in just under the deadline. Thanks!!

I also want to thank the "Support Team". I was kicked out of (2) Wordpuzzles, and they were reset so I could go ahead and do the puzzles within a short matter of time.

The support team here is fantastic. I also got a response within minutes. Problem is, it was a question about why Justin does not answer emails - still no answer.

Lol! I'm glad they're sending gifts now. However none of my support tickets has ever been answered. I'm still waiting for a response to the one I submitted 11 months ago. It was reported recently that the turnaround time was now less than 24 hours. Guess that doesn't include mine.

Granted, my first couple of requests were based on novice errors. However there are still some points due me for more serious glitches, such as wagers I lost because the questions never materialized.

Cypressriver, I just checked the support listing and there are in fact no support tickets on there from you, open or closed!

However, if you remember the current support system was only introduced in October 2006 and I'm afraid the tickets on the old system are now irretrievably lost in the mists of time. I can only presume that your tickets were all on that system, in which case I'm sorry but no, they never will be answered.

On the bright side, the only support tickets on the new system that have not now been dealt with are brand new ones and I'm sure they will be answered very soon!

I had my TQTD eaten the other day & I filled in an error report that came on the screen, but I haven't heard anything. Maybe I should have done a support ticket as well.
It's not that big a deal but an answer would have been nice.

The error message is NOT the same thing as a support ticket.

An error message report simply alerts Justin to trends in the system (how many times a day, which browsers and connection types are having problems, etc.).
A support ticket gets sent to a database which is dealt with by the editors.

So send in a ticket and you will get a replacement question!
