We have the ability to subscribe to our favorite quiz authors. Can the system send a message when that person releases a new quiz? So when say, swiper releases a new quiz ( no offense to anyone else) I would get a message letting me know? It seems like subscribing would be more fruitful if it generated an alert to those who subscribe.

NOT complaining. Just an idea....

You mean it doesn't? What's the point?

That's my feeling too. There's no real point in signing up for someone's quiz, except that it makes the quiz author feel good knowing that someone cares. It really has no other effect at this point.

That's not quite true - if you go to 'Your Sploofus Space' and click on 'Quiz Subscriptions' it lists all those whose quizzes you're subscribed to with the most recent quizzes by each; so you can check up on your subscriptions.

However, I agree a system generated PM on new releases would be a good idea - why don't you put it forward as a suggestion in a support ticket so Justin and the editors will see it?

Oh. Well, that's different. I think I'd rather be able to check that get a slew of new mail.

So, the idea would be to have a radio button to select if you want IM updates. So, Lodi, you wouldn't but I definitely would....

But I also want them to bring back Buckwheats Cereal.....

I would be Donna. Eesusbejesus would be Lodi.

Try to keep up, Tex.

I would be confused, Donna and Lodi... I am trying to keep up. I should probably stick to screen names, that way I dont accidentally offend....

I think the original feature request here would be a great one; love to see it.

TEX has a good idea. I think he is right to want to know when a new guiz hits. I subscrib to the max ... 15. I check regularly ... if see what I think is a new quiz ... I am off. However, sometime this poor excuse for memory finds a quiz I enjoyed earlier.

A simple solution (I know, nothing is simple on SPLOOFUSS ISLAND) is to ssstop filtering out those great circles that tell us which quize we have taken. A simple peek at your subcriptions reveals all new ones (those withut a circle. OKay Justin, as soon as you finish with the new system ...
