today's puzzle on desserts was very tantalizing..........but to do it in 11 or even 15 moves is hardly doable.........is it?

Some folks are just very talented at these puzzles, it seems...I sure don't see how anyone could have gotten it that quickly, the words and phrases were simply too long, but my own score was so poor that I'm probably not a good judge...

One of the best things about sploofus is that we are all so different...maybe we have a few gourmet chefs and graduates of the Cordon Bleu in our lists...who knows? That's what I like about the variety of the word puzzles! Put up another Shalespeare one and I'll kick butt!!!

Not meant to be whining , but QUACK, just very peculiar and odd, I guess. LOL

Yep........there's definitely a good mix of backgrounds and talents crossing the site..........no question. That's one of the great things about Sploofusing. And there are those who are great at certain WordPuzzle topics, etc. and others who are not (c'est moi).

And I do enjoy the WordPuzzles, whether I finish #222 or #315........so what's the big idea, right!

I guess it's the monthly leader board for WorkPuzzles where there's a 30k point spread between 2 and 3; and no other large gaps as such elsewhere?

Sorry for the crab post........having a blaw day. LOL

If anybody had the desserts that we had - I don't care if you are a flippin gourmet chef, you wouldn't have been able to get them in 11 moves - no way in hates - wait until you do Mother Goose - I am not sure what version of Mother Goose one of our characters came from - never heard of it and I have read hundreds of Mother Goose nursery rhymes in my days.

I thought I would ace the Mother Goose Puzzle...I must have gotten the character you got PLUS another! Sheesh, those two were so obscure I actually googled them to be sure they existed

Good for that person who solved five puzzles in eleven moves! Way to go! So, let's see here: solving the puzzle takes one move, no matter what. That means that a person solved it guessing one letter on all of the phrases, and flubbed by having to guess a second letter on only one of them. That is true genius at work...
