WHAT'S WRONG?

I was having a problem when I took trivia quizes in that sometimes it gave counted one or tow of my answers wrong when they weren't - it said they were correct and I knew they were but it would also say incorrect and be counted off. That hasn't happened in about a week but now, I just took three quizes and when the answers were supposed to come up, they would not appear --- it will just say 0% (no way, plus, no answers to look at).

I don't want to take any more because it seems like there have been fewer of the kind of quizes I do well at lately and I don't want to waste them.

Suggestions?

I got the 0%, no answers thing on Monday. Have done several since with no problem. Give it another try. Miriam

It is a chronic problem that I hope goes away with the 2.0.

If you check the page when this happens, you will see toward the bottom that you got the points. The only loss is not seeing your results and the answers...which stinks.

When this happens to me, I keep using the back arrow or backspace and resubmit until it shows my score. sometimes I have to repeat doing this several times but eventually it will register and give you your score. that also works with the word rounds and word matches. you will keep getting the error message (expired round- 0% but keep doing this and it will eventually work. Anybody who tries this and it works please let me know.
Thanx,

Mitchy, I imagine you're platinum so you can do this, but wouldn't it use an attempt each time - which means that gold members would use their 10 tries up in no time flat?!

It semes to have done so when other gold members have got that 0% expired round message, from what I've gathered.

I'm Gold ,and do the same as Mitchy and it does not take extra round away from you. I have used the back space trick 6 even 7 times for 1 question and it still counts for only the question I am on.

When I was Gold I did it then too, and it didn't take any of my tries away!

As long as you don't start a new one, you're still counted as finishing the same one.
