I was doing the word puzzle of this morning when all of a sudden Sploofus wanted me to sign back in!

Hi Marlo Just go to your Sploofus Space and on the left hand side it says 'Player Support'.
Just click, and follow the prompts.

Thank you Crazy4games, I was just about to post the same error as Aliases and then read your post to her. Why does everyone assume we know what to do? Or for that matter, where to go to do it? I wish these things were posted somewhere.

There are official threads in Salty Dog for all problems with Word Puzzles, Word Rounds, Word Matches and TQODTDs. Each has its own thread, you will note the darker yellow, and see that Sploofus commenced that thread.

Justin and editors check THOSE threads for problems when they see that the thread has come back up to the top of the BBS list.
When you place posts about problems all over the place throughout all forums, that problem just might get missed!
Read what other members have instructed about sending Support Tickets, and follow that procedure in future for prompt attention.
