I decided to use Firefox as recommended, however I now can't get into MSN games. I can go back & forth switching my default server but that's complicated. Any of you computer whizs able to tell me what I'm doing wrong? Or is Bill Gates just trying to control my life?

Microsoft makes it very difficult, if not impossible, to access many features if you use anything other than Microsoft Internet Explorer.

I've tried many times to use Netscape or Firefox and have never been able to get around Microsoft's big bully methods.

Microsoft is a giant jerk of an organization.

I keep and icon for both on my desktop. I just start the one I want, which is Firefox 90% of the time.

I've got a husband, 3 sons & 2 male dogs, I don't need any more men trying to control me. But thanks to you gentlemen for helping me out. Boo to Billy boy.

Randy.....I use both. I quite often have an Internet Explorer window for my webmail, and a few Firefox ones for Sploofus, Outlook Express, Wikipedia or anything else I am working on at the time.
It's just a matter of popping up whichever button you have stashed on the bottom taskbar.
.....Unfortunately, neither of 'em do everything you are gonna want.

Cheers, Bev

I prefer Mozilla Firefox, but I keep Internet Explorer just in case I need it!

Someone already gave you the answer, put both icons on the desktop
I sometimes have both open at the same time. I have come to really like firefox.i used netscape for years, then it sort of fell away from common use and started using firefox.. but as you have mentioned, you have to do certain things in IE because of the big bully gates
