Normally, if I take a quiz and sploof island has one of its weird quake things, I show up with a score of 0% and none of the answers show up. This time, it showed me with 100% and a time of 40-some seconds, that would have put me in 2nd place, but I didn't show up in the list. So I did a few things, went back to the quiz, and I still don't show up in the list.
So did I get the points?

Big sigh.

Lodi ... I've had problems like that too ... with WPs mostly. I've found that if I check back after a few minutes that my name and score appears. Did that happen for you?

Hi there,

Did you notice if there was a message in BIG RED LETTERS
"Rate this quiz to get your score"
Sometimes that happens to me

Lodi that is the greatest avatar ever.

OK here's the deal: When that happens, you DO get the points, and the problem is that the Sploofus database is replicated over several physical computer servers, and "replication is behind", which means that the database is extra-busy and it is taking longer than normal for all of the replicated database servers to "catch up" and synchronize themselves to the master database machine.

Be sure to fill out a support ticket if this happens again (and also when you get the 0% thing) so that the event is archived - which helps me to troubleshoot those conditions that result in errors. We're getting dangerously close to 2.0 and that code will trump the issue anyways... but until then...

OK. I have never sent in a support ticket because I didn't want to appear to be too big of a pain in the arskey. But this was the first time I had ever experienced this particular result and just wondered if it was a new thing (then it should be reported) or if it was happening to a lot of other people (then just shrug my shoulders and go on to the next quiz).

You guys like the witch, huh? mooooohahahahaha

"Gratuleler med dragen"

What means this ????
Is it Dutch, or Danish?
Icelandic or Finnish?

I just googled it, and as far as I could figure out, it's Norwegian for Happy Birthday. I can't be totally sure, since most of the wxplanation was in Norwegian or some very similiar language.

Yep. Definitely saying happy bday in Norwegian. Seems it's the closest translation they could come up with for Happy Independence Day.

Norwegian for "Happy Birthday", to Justin for July 1st (was not thinking July 4th).
