SUPPORT TICKET?

It has been suggested that I need a support ticket to speak to an editor. Is this correct? And if so how do I get a support ticket? Thanks Joee

Hi Joee! There's a link titled "Player Support" near the bottom near "Log out" on the left of your "Sploofus Space" page.

Thanks for the response, don't know if I'm blind but I can't see anything indicating a support ticket where you said. That's where I thought it would be too. I spose I'll run into it eventually. Joee

Click on "Your Sploofus Space" above on the left. Go down the list on the left to next to the last - "Player Support". Click on it and it will give you a list of 17 choices. Choose the best option for your business; if noting else fits, go with "other". Click on that and it will give you a support ticket to fill out and submit. Hope that helps.

Oops! Smoke missed a step. After clicking on "Player Support," you have to click on "Online Player Support" to get to the list of topics. Hope you've found your way there anyway!

Really? I don't have that. It goes straight from the Player Support link on Your Sploofus Space to the list of choices for me.

Hey, you're right! When you move the cursor over "Player Support" do you get an additional menu to the right? Whenever that happens, I always move to that right-hand list. It's like on the computer's Start menu, I would never click on "All Programs"; I move to the program I want to open. It never occured to me to click on "Player Support."

I learn something (okay, many things) every day. Thanks, Smoke. I love a short-cut. (And those darn right-hand menus tend to disappear often before I can find the item I want to click on.)
