Bumblebee365 if you have had a problem with a question of the day, be sure to fill out a support ticket, the link to which can be found on the left side of your command center, and let us know. We can replace the question for you. In the interest of fairness to all players is it best not to post the questions or answers in the public forum. Thank you.

Bumblebee365, click on "Your Sploofus Space" in the upper left hand of the page just below the "Sploofus" logo on any screen. then, when you're at Your Sploofus Space, look at the left side of the screen. At the bottom of the choices you will find "player support". Click on that and fill out a support ticket describing the problem. Your questions can then be re-sent to you.

Please note, however, you won't be credited for that particular question - when we say the questions will be resent to you we mean we will send you another question, which will be completely at random since we have no control over which question you (or anyone else) gets.

You merely get another chance to get a question right - and just as much chance to get it wrong, of course.

yes the support ticket is the best way to resolve a particular problem that you are having that doesnt involve the population at large as the editors are very good at addressing the problem they do not make you jump through hoops they will always do their best to help they can sometimes reset questions but not always oh that goes for puzzles too i like had this thingy once where i crashed and lost some points and sent in a support ticket and like it got fixed in no time

am i rambling?
