WHAT WOULD YOU THINK ABOUT "EXPERT" LEVEL WP?

Yeah, I know, it's enough work for editors already. But since so many of us just didn't enjoy the Surfing puzzles and much more enjoy those like tonight's, since the trivia quizzes can be categorized as "expert," maybe WPs could be too, so that there would always be a choice??

Ok, fine, I hear those groans and you coulda kept that rotten tomato to yourself!

wonder what criteria would qualify a WP as "expert"? obscurity? length? construction? clues? enjoyment? challenge? thought provoking vs busy work?

i think it would certainly be a challenge to classify them

no tomatoes or rotten eggs.. just musing

If a puzzle is considered Expert, would it get extra points ?? Would players get to rate the puzzle ?? Like NASCAR rules, this site has a lot of variables, they call it interpretation. Except for speed TQOTD only gives extra points for speed. You don't get anything extra for those 3.4% correct questions, except your level point. Why would anyone ask a question if 96.6% of the participants would be wrong?? What I'm trying to say is, it might create confusion.
