It appeared below the definition but before the answers. It appeared on two seperate questions. It said something like - Warning: cachesum error (not sure if that's right) then gave a web address. I was trying to hurry, so I didn't copy it down.

Just wanted to let Sploofus know in case...

I haven't seen that but I do get the ones where there is only one question then the submit button.

I have seen something like that before at various times. I think it is a glitch that pops up. Probably means they have to reboot the system or something.

asdibbens,you probably need to put a support ticket in-something like that happened to me and i posted it on chat-sploofus posted that the chat forum should not be used for those kinds of things,due to the fact,the chat forums were not always monitored-they advised from now on to go to player support-Martha

I got some kind of error when taking a quiz. I hit back and tried to submit my answer again, expecting it to say I already answered, but it took it alright. Dunno what it was or why it happened though.

Good point Skillet. Just became a gold member recently and player support wasn't available to non-gold members. It didn't really cause any problems other than being a little distracting though.
