Welcome to the "Sploofus Island" Gift Shop!!!

Gifts under $100.00

Since Tuzilla created the Sploofus Island Breakfast Bar, I thought it may be fun to have a "Sploofus Island" Gift Shop!

Although it's always supposed to be the thought that counts when buying a gift, we all know how frustrating it can be to choose one which we feel is appropriate for each particular person, and especially at Christmas when all of the stores are crowded and the long shopping lines!

Please state if the gift is a gift for a man or a woman! These need to be actual reality gifts as opposed to fantasies.

Women make a short list of things you would especially like for Christmas under $100.00

Men make a short list of things you would especially like for Christmas under $100.00.

Hopefully this will give us frustrated shoppers some new ideas we hadn't thought of!!!

Hope this is fun, and thanks to all who participate!!! Merry Christmas!!!

Gift cards for Wal-Mart, Grocery Store, Restaraunts (nice), Fast Food, Barnes & Noble or Amazon, Spawish, Avon, Watkins, Nails (getting nails done) - you know the little things that I might not do because I don't have the money - gift cards are always good

My husband and I could use a good stiff drink because our landlord has become a slumlord and we have to move asap. The only good news in all of this is our new apartment will take our cats, so a merry christmas will be had by our little family.

Sea salt exfoliation scrub, followed by a half an hour herbal body wrap where my head & face are massaged the entire time. Then a 90 minute full body massage and afterwards a sit in an aromatherapy steam sauna.

And a driver because after all that, and the glasses of cabernet that I consume with it, I turn into a zombie with a dumb grin on my face.

Sploofus GPS ... one where all Sploofus players can be tracked, so that when you are within hailing distance you can toot ... or something. I asked for a normal GPS from my kids who said they would.

Let's see under $100 right? Can I get all of Elvis' movies for this price? Or maybe all of George Strait's CD's? A date with Alan Jackson? A tank of gas?

Oh, I didn't see the under $100 part. Ok, then, just the 90 minute massage.

Is Santa checking this list? If so, I'm signing up for the 90-minute massage!

This is more in the line of something that almost anyone would like--framed family photos. Lots of folks have the photos, and have the frames, but the photos don't fit the frames. If you are talented on the computer, as most of us Sploofusers are, you can scan an really old photo and make a print and frame it. Or buy a cool collage frame and print pictures that are sized correctly for it. Those collage frames are neat, but trying to find the right size photo for each slot can be nearly impossible. I'm also looking into making some photo books for my dad and for my grandkids. You get on the computer and lay out the pages, and they print the pages and put the book together for you. I haven't done this yet, so will let you know how it works out.
