OXYMORONS

it was going fine till I wasted ten guesses on my very last word of my very last puzzle. 17 letters of the alphabet gone before I banged my forehead in disbelief I could be so stupid....

That one kicked my rear end around the block a couple of times.

I must have had the same one because I wasted about 10 of my letters to get something so obvious.

I couldn't decide if I felt like an oxy or a moron...

I think it was my first. You know there are folks that wonder what we are talking about.

Man, what a great WP. I know not of the particular problem question described above, but I do hope to find out after it ends, if someone would be so kind at that time.

There do seem to be a lot of word play people here, myself included, so this puzzle was a real treat. I'd love to see a similar (although logically opposite) WP on pleonasms (redundancies).

Man - love this one - but left it sitting on number 5 (I think I would have rather it timed out?) - phone rang, customer came in w/o appt, trying to finsih and send billing so I can function again another month LOL - so I guess there is an oxymoron in there somewhere for that - but I'm just to exhausted to be that clever.

I do love these - have to stick to my guns of doing early or late though - so I don't get interrupted!

that was my last one too - I kept looking at it - I had original figured out - but had unexpected client sitting here - phone on one ear - and answering clients IM's with the other - I finally looked at my client and said I'm sorry, just a second - finished it - I mean he knew I was doing some kind of puzzle - then I said - Okay - now where were we?

Rael!
I wrote the Superfluous Redundancies WP that aired on Jan 6th - did you miss it? But lucky for you Tautological Pleonasms is coming up soon!

Drat! I certainly did miss that WP, but I do look forward to the forthcoming puzzle. I just don't spend as much time here as I did previously since I moved in with my significant other of many years. But I'll work on it... Thanks.
