So sorry Maurlin - I had that happen to me a few months back - but had started at 6:30 a.m. CST - I didn't even bother with a support ticket as it was so late - I don't know if there is 24/7 or not especially since the editors are volunteers w/o when I get a phone call at 3:00 a.m. with a site issue I have to answer it LOL...probably the worst one I ever got was as I was going into my father in law's funeral 2 years ago - there was not a site problem, but someone wanting me to walk me through a problem on their computer - and they were like "well call me as soon as the service is over cause I can't download my email"...well - I digress

Linda, I'm sorry you had the problem. I re-set your puzzle for you, and in all honesty, I wasn't even looking at the time or thinking of which puzzle it was. I saw the ticket answered it and closed it. That happened to be the time I was on and saw it. Perhaps there was no one else on at that point.

At least you wrote a support ticket. I got the .02 Error screen and sent in a message. Obviously, those messages are not read in any reasonable time and so you lose the TQOTD. I should have known that.

I have found that one of the best parts of sploofus 1.95 has been the support tickets. Normally they work quickly ... especially the easy ones.

Its weird. I've seen non-paying members with tons of nuggets. They get 2 rounds per hour. I find it discouraging.

I have been able to do one puzzle this month,then every letter i put in deleted the previous one,lol.No help yet.
