The problem with Player Support on Sploofus is that it gives you only a few options per category, and if you have a problem that does not fit one of those categories, there is no way you can report it. Shouldn't there be an "Other problems" option? Just a thought...

I think that is such an option. Something like my question isn't covered by other options, or something like that.

More importantly, how did the play go tonight? How was the crowd? Did the storm develop last night that was expected?

You're right Pat. I've used that one.
Click on Player Support, select 'Other' at the end of the page, then at the top of the page you see 'My issue is not addressed in any of the current support categories'.

I've used this "other" option and I got a very satisfactory response the same day.

We have placed upgrading the support category list on our wish list. In the meantime, if you don't see the proper category, use other. We will sort it out when we get it.

I was looking for "Other" within the categories rather than as a separate category, assuming "Other" mean things that fell outside any of the listed categories. It might be helpful to have an "Other" choice listed in each category to make clear that the question is about that particular aspect of Sploofus. So that would be something to consider in an upgrade to Player Support.

As for the play, we did have to cancel Friday night's performance due to the weather, and I think it was the right decision, even though it was a painful one to make. It would have made driving home after the show treacherous, and we probably wouldn't have had much of an audience anyway (another theatre group in the area who had an opening that night played to an audience of 6 people).

So we had our opening performance on Saturday night, and we had a good, responsive audience of probably 80 people (in a theatre that seats around 120). Our matinee today had a smaller crowd, but I'm hoping for better audiences this coming week. And I'm very proud of the show!
