How do you get pics on your profile. I'm new to the computer and am having a terrible time trying to get any pictures uploaded. Once it worked, but I don't know what I did and can't seem to do it again. HELP!!!!

I am really very new to all of this computer stuff. I don't know what is meant by a PM or how to find it.

hey there.. PM stands for Private Message.

click on "Your Sploofus Space" above.

that will open a new page.

there is a yellow highlighted alert on that page on the left side. click it to see your messages from other sploofus members.

welcome to the wonderful world of computers!

feel free to ask about anything; there are lots of great folks here who will be glad to help.

I like questions to be answered within the forum rather than by PM. You never know when someone else might benefit from the answer.

Go to "My Sploofus" link under the "Your Sploofus Space."

You should see an option for "My Photos"

You'll see a "window" where you browse your own computer for a photo that should be saved in jpeg format .jpg

If you have digital photos that you download on your computer, either on a hard drive or on your desktop, when you "browse" that area of your computer you can find photos files with that file extention - .jpg.

Select (click) on the one you want, and it should show up in the Sploofus photo browser window and then you click on "upload." That should do it.

You need to check the size of the photo as well: if it is too big it will not be uploaded. If so you will need to change the size in 'Photoshop' or similar.
