I played one of the Word Puzzles when I joined Sploofus last month. Now every time I try to play a new puzzle, it tells me I have already played the game. I can open a new game and click on a letter but it then won't let the game go any farther. What's up???

If you are a non-paying member, I believe you can play only 1 WordPuzzle per week.

All paying members (gold or platinum) play twice a day.

Paying gold members can play 10 word rounds and 10 word matches per hour - platinum members play unlimited word rounds and word matches, whereas non-paying members can play 3 times per hour.

The restriction on word puzzles is what made me pony up the $40

If you have not already played the puzzle this week, and you are unable to play, you need to submit a support ticket. You do that by clicking on "Player Support" in the "Your Sploofus Space" drop-down menu. Click on "WordPuzzle" and choose either "I am unable to participate in the puzzle" or "It says I have already taken this WP. . . ."
Describe the problem you are having and submit it. Then watch for a notice on the left column of your screen that says "You have an unread message." Click on it to go to the message area. The editors are very helpful, and are usually very prompt in answering questions.
