SUPPORT TICKETS NOT WORKING?

I just saw on Tallactor's WP post that an editor said that a support ticket had not come through. So maybe mine is lost as well?

After I did my TQOTD today, got it right in like 3 seconds, hit enter, and got that R02 error with the option of sending in a support ticket. Which I did. But I never got a response and that was around 6:00 a.m. this morning, PST. My level of play should have changed and I should have received a wager token but so far, nothing.

Lodi: The R02 errors wind up going to Justin in a "to be fixed" queue, and they may not get noticed right away. If you (or anyone, for that matter) wind up with the interminable clock countdown thing for your TQOTD, just go to a regular support ticket and we'll take care of it right away. Sorry about the confusion!

OK, I didn't use that little help button up at the top right so I just submitted again through there. Now its in 3 places. Hopefully someone will see it.
