I completed the Mystery Place Four Wordpuzzle tonight, but after completion I received an error message. I sent in an error ticket, but am not sure if they are handled like a support ticket or not.

Could you please re-set it for me?

It's all reset. In the future if this happens, please do submit a support ticket. This way, none of us will reset you after another editor already has done so, possibly nullifying the puzzle you may have restarted.

Thanks Sploofernatural!!! I guess that means when you turn in a "Bug Report" it is the same thing as a "Support Ticket", and will be seen right away. That was my only concern.

A bug report will not get you reset.

Click on the word HELP up in the header between the welcome notice and the bug icon - this will get you to the support tickets.
