I was doing the WP today and twice I knew the puzzle but it said I was wrong and it cost me three moves. I always check the spelling and spacing before solving and it was correct but still counted it wrong. I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

Yeah, same thing on one of Mystery Place 4!

Yes, it has happened to me. I sent in a ticket, and the puzzle was reset.

It happened three times in Mystery Names to me with "Quentin Tarantino Movie Series." I didn't know that was grounds for a reset, though.

I'm very glad you started this post. I thought I was just imagining that I had typed the correct answer and it was counted wrong. It has happened just a few times, but each time I retyped the answer again, thinking "I could have sworn I had it exactly the same the first time." Other times, when I checked, it WAS typed wrong the first time.

Yes, it's happened to me as well. Thanks for letting me know that you can ask for a reset if it happens!

Yes, more than once; that's when I jump ship out of disgust. I always wonder what he problem was.

Do you just contact Justin for a reset? That would be nice.

One of the benefits of 2.0 is that if the answered is not accepted, what you typed remains in the answer box. I definitely like that.

As you type it in again the drop down box shows you what you typed in the first time. I always find it was my mistake.
