It depends on what you mean by a good quiz, dan. If you mean a quiz that wins an editors award, it needs to be well written, have really long questions, be on an intellectual topic, and most of all it can't be any fun to take. Make quizzes of those sort almost border on "snobbery". I'm mostly joking of course. (Watch, the editors will read this and not give me another one. ) If you want one of those maybe you can p.m. somebody who has earned a lot of them. If you aren't worried about that, I say write a quiz that you like. You might not get a lot of takers, or you might if it's on a very popular topic. A quiz like that might not even get rated high by a majority of takers, but that doesn't mean it wasn't any "good". Some of my lowest rated quizzes generated a lot of fan mails and ratings of "9"'s by a minority of players who really enjoyed it, whereas some of my higher rated quizzes earned high ratings but no fan mail at all. Since I like fan mail over quizzes, in my mind those lower rated quizzes would be considered "good". Just write what you like, as long as it well written and not overly hard most players will reward you for it in some fashion.
