When no one gets any of them even after they are revealed, it is time to rethink the game. There are hundreds of wrong guesses on some of these after the pic is fully revealed.

I'm really sorry you feel this way.

The Administrators are very happy with the way the puzzles are going during this period of testing. Of the last 10 Where's, only two puzzles had all 12 tiles revealed, and needed hints. And two puzzles were guessed with only 1 or 2 tiles revealed. Of the last 10 Who's, only one puzzle needed all 12 tiles, and three puzzles were guessed with only 3 tiles. We also feel that 24 hours is a perfectly acceptable amount of time for a puzzle to be live, to give as many players as possible a chance to make their guess. We are estimating there will be anywhere from 1 to 5 different puzzles in each game each day.

You seem to forget that only about 100 people currently have access to these games. Once 2.0 is open to all the Sploofers the guesses could number in the thousands before the right answer is discovered. And that might be with only one or two tiles and a total time of 2 hours!

I agree with the editors here; just the right mix...and in a few months we'll be asking for them to be harder!

I enjoy them too but I doubt if I will ever get one of them but they are fun none the less. Lighten up Smug.

As bad as I am in guessing where some of these places are, it could be a picture of my backyard, and I wouldn't guess it. Of course, it if WAS my backyard....then one of the editor staff has too much knowledge about the players....

I think they're like crack, very addictive. Even when I knew I had no clue, there I go to Google Images again, wracking my minimal brain.

I agree in part that they are very frustrating, but I don't know what's worse, having all 12 tiles and no clue or somebody getting it with one tile and still having no clue.

When I saw the title of that last one, I did feel a bit of despair because HOLY CRAP! Not only would I have never guessed it, I couldn't have even googled it. So kudos to those who are able to crack those obscure ones. Just wish one would hit a little closer to home so maybe once, just once, I might have an advantage.

Pity party at 11:00. BYOB.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot. All those people who win the Who's & What's are snobs.

OMG, I'm a snob (TWICE). I like the Who am I, but the Where Am I kinda' sucks. My kid showed me how to use GoogleEarth and that blew my feeble mind. Lodi, please take the snob label off of me.

Since I've got a win in both categories, and used up all my guesses in 5-6 of them, I'll say obvious some are easier than others. But if they were ALL too easy, people would begin complaining that they never even got a chance to guess before the puzzle was solved.

It's a balancing act: one man's Moolah is another's whoever the heck that was yesterday.

That said, can someone explain the hint about cenas on the previous "Where" puzzle. I'm still baffled.

I think it referred to Cenas's guess of Borneo.

I think the difficulty factor is about right, my latest guess of Who was mainly because Kendra has a beautiful pair of ...uh..eyes

Well done, Oogie!

BTW, what's with the weird cropping of the photos. some of them look like they came from fights in the old Batman TV show.

Hey Rev,

I think I saw her with Buddy Rogers when he beat Pat O'Connor at White Sox Park in 1961. My dad and a neighbor knew some Chicago cops and we got ten front row seats with 45,000 in the joint, "What a night". By the way Kids, I WAS 15 at the time. Wrestling is real, isn't it ??

As real as Game Shows....

I'm with Taz. Although I have virtually zero chance of ever getting a Who or a Where (and only about a 20% chance of having so much as heard of any particular one of them), the fact that someone is figuring them out suggests the system works. If it's 12 hours before a Cheater (tm) submits the correct answer, that's probably a good level of difficulty to pose against us as a whole.

I have to say that if the whole face showed, for 24 hours or more, I still wouldn't be able to guess 99% of the 'Who' THAIs. (I've never heard of most of them anyway!) I enjoy the Where's' - they just drive me crazy! ............ possibly

The "cenas was in the neighborhood earlier" clue sent me to the list of guesses, and I narrowed them down to North Carolina lakes/parks, Nova Scotia, Cape Cod and Borneo. I eliminated Borneo, cause I thought "in the neighborhood" meant a neighboring island...(must stop literal thinking). Congrats to Nelly! Thanks to Cenas for helping narrow this down!

It might help if the game rejected names that have already been (exactly) guessed.

When a couple of hundred guesses are up there, it gets a little monotonous (and slow) trying to sift through what's been guessed and what hasn't with the 'find on this page' feature.

I've never thought of checking the wrong guesses. It's not like I'm going to duplicate an already wrong one. I very rarely do more than 2 or 3 guesses before I give up, which is a good thing since I've never heard of the majority of correct answer people.

Where do we find the hints? I haven't seen one yet

If we give a hint it will appear right above the box where you type your guess. A hint won't be given until all 12 tiles have been removed. As of right now we would also prefer to wait until at least 300 guesses have been entered.

Or 24 hours, whichever comes first.

I think the last week have all been Justin's cousins and pictures of their backyards.

How the hell would I know. I'm a snob, nay, elitist, but as I am not allowed to play these games yet, can only wonder.

Are these puzzles open only to platinum members? Or to 2.0 testers? Or what? I feel left out!!! Waaaah!

Gold and Platinum members who are beta testing 2.0 ... Who The Heck Am I and Where The Heck Am I are great games, time wasters to be sure but, I'm loving them - very addictive. Some people have gone to check out the home page , although you can't sign in if you are not a beta tester, you can see the games to choose from on the home page
