That was so fun! Easy but not googleable. I love it when WP's make me smile.

Nicely done!

Totally agree - lots of fun - couple of chuckles and no googling. 2 for 2 so far on these platpuzzles. I think I might be in trouble by comparison when mine shows up next week

It reminded me of my first job working in fast food. I started out under 4 bucks an hour to deal with people who really thought you were completely brainless because you were working in a fast food restaurant. Ahhhhh, the memories! And I thought therapy took them away....thanks a lot!!!! LOL

Could it be that a new word is coined....'Platapuzz'...

One day, I will learn how to spell!...Try again.....'Platipuzz'

That was a great WP! I never had a food service job, but I sure can imagine. One stupid typo, but that was all my fault.

Fun quiz. What a hoot.

True story. Worked at a fast food place by Granbury Lake almost 30 years ago.

Guy walked up to order, wearing a t-shirt with a catchy saying I'd never seen before.

I laughed and called everybody over to read it: "Join the Army. Visit exciting new places. Meet interesting new people....and kill them!"

We all laughed and returned to our places.....all so taken with the saying that nobody remembered to take his order.

Well, all my crappy jobs to afford being a teacher sure helped with this!

You made me laugh in memories Pepper, and so thankful those days are over!

Thanks for a fun puzzle!

So tell us the truth. Did you get that handle because you were the one they called on when there was a problem with one of those tiny packages of pepper?

Enquiring minds want to know.

Do you want fries with that?

Super-sized puzzle.

I truly enjoyed the puzzle. I am grateful that my fellow Sploofers are not putting in randomly strange words into their puzzles.

Thanks, Smoke and Pepper for the delightful puzzles.

Great quiz Pepperdoc. Oh the joys of working in fast food! I have to admit that's one job I've never had - and it's a good thing because I would be horrid at it.

I'm really sorry I missed Smoke's NASCAR puzzle. From what several have posted you could do OK on her puzzle without knowing much about NASCAR. Don't know how she wrote it but it must have been a good one. I'll catch you on the 2nd time around Smoke!

Great job, Pep.

It did remind me that I used to work in a Burger King decades ago.

Oh yes, it was in York, PA- first capital of united states.

Congratulations for writing a fun set of puzzles.

Thanks for all the good feedback. (I've almost got an hour to go and I can pack away the asbestos jacket.)

Jank, I'll pm you all 10, since I don't know the 5 you've got.

Loved your puzzle Pepper. Wouldn't let my granddaughter do this one, but she might have done better because I typo-ed twice! Very fun.

It has been a long time since I enjoyed a WP so much. They should sign you up for a permanent gig.

Things have changed a lot since I was a car hop, but then us Canucks were always behind the times No snide comments about me being a BUGGY hop, please. Nice WP Pepper. Enjoyed it even though most of what I got didn't apply to my experience

Fun! But in my neck of the woods, they're called "drive-by shootings" and "drive-up windows." That little two-word beauty (last puzzle, of course) cost me one wrong answer and three additional letter choices trying to figure out my mistake.

Were I Platinum, my WP might be: "How I Went from Second to Eleventh in One Easy Preposition."
