Very nice one.
I enjoyed this puzzle as it served as a subliminal hint to get back into the kitchen, which I plan on doing after the end of the school year.

OK, you sound desperate - I will type them in slowly.

Here is the Layered Salad Recipe - just sent me a PM if you have a question:

Crispy Layered Salad
You need to serve this in a clear glass bowl, so the quantities of any layer of vegetables that you need will be determined by how large the bowl is. You’re going to have 7 distinct layers, so that should help you figure out quantities. This is what I use for a very large bowl:

These layers are in reverse order – start with the lettuce on the bottom – and place each layer next in turn in the bowl -

1 head lettuce in bite-size pieces
1 large bunch chopped scallions
4 stalks chopped celery
2 large red peppers, chopped
2 large green peppers chopped
2 cans water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 lb frozen peas (no need to defrost)

On top of all, spread 1-2 cups Miracle Whip (if you insist, use Mayo) – spread it so all the peas are covered
sprinkle with: 1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
1 tsp garlic powder
several tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Place one box cherry or grape tomatoes around the edge of the bowl – if cherry tomatoes, cut in half with cut side down.

I used to brown 1 lb of bacon and crumble on top in the middle before I had so many vegetarians around. Now, I sometimes serve it along side, sometimes forget about it.

Here's another -

¾ Cup bulghur (I like #3 – it’s coarse)
1 ½ Cups boiling water

Pour boiling water over bulghur and cover. Let sit for half an hour. Drain and cool.

Then add everything else:
3T olive oil
3 T lemon juice
1 garlic clove, pressed
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped parsley
½ cup chopped mint
4 chopped scallions
enough chopped tomatoes to make it look pretty
several handfuls of interesting cheese – I use Kashkaval or appenzeller chopped really fine. The original recipe called for feta,
but I don’t think the texture of the feta works well

Keep mixing and tasting till it has the texture and taste you want.
