How do I get in touch with someone to tell them I am having trouble. I signed up for a gold acct. and now am not getting my daily question in my mail and most often when I go to the site and answer the question it registers as an error. What's wrong?

First of all, the problem is not with you or your Gold status, it is system-wide. Mail messages announcing the daily questions have not arrived for several days, but your questions have. You can access them through your Command Center.

If a question times out, or you feel you have not been fairly treated, submit a Support Ticket, and the Sploofus staff will help to straighten everything out. You can access the ticket system at

There is a pull-down menu that gets you to the SUPPORT function of the site. Fill out a support ticket and an editor will look into your problem.

However, several people are not receiving their daily emails, so that is not anything to do with you, your account, or going gold.

Elizabeth, at the top left corner of the screen under "Your Sploofus Space", click it, then click "Player Support"> Question Of The Day> Click "My answer is not registered or I receive an error message after I submit my answer". There you will receive possible explanations as to what may be causing your problem. If this doesn't resolve it, there is also a box to type in and submit whatever you want to say.

At the top right corner of the last screen, there is a logo for "Firefox" browser, which is what Justin usually recommends, and which I have which I love and would be lost without it. You may already have it or may not want it, but you can click the logo and download it for free.

Go to "Your Sploofus Space" and click on "Player Support." Choose a topic (use "Other" if none of them suit your issue). Type in a description of your problem and hit "Submit."

By the way, several folks have mentioned they are not receiving the daily email -- including me. It seems to be a widespread problem. The question is still available, however. Go to Your Sploofus Space, go down the menu to Your Sploofus Space and click on Open Trivia Questions. You can also get to it through the Command Center.
