For the past two days I haven't received Sploofus and there is no "Contact Us" - any ideas on what to do? Thanks!

There seems to be a general problem with TQOTD emails. I haven't been getting them either.

To contact the Sploofus staff, submit a support ticket. Go to Your Sploofus Space (under the logo above) and click on Player Support. Choose a topic, or go to "Other" if none of the listed topics seem appropriate. Scroll down to find a message box in which to type your problem, and then click "Submit."

Any response to your support ticket will show up in Sploofus Messaging which can be found in Your Sploofus Space (under Your Sploofus Space --they should not name them both the same). The daily trivia questions that you have missed are found in the same place as "Open Trivia Questions." Unanswered questions can be found there for two weeks after they first appear.

I haven't received my TQOTD email for probably 6 months. I think it had something to do with having Comcast as a provider. After being irritated for a while about not getting that email, I now just routinely check Open Trivia Questions in the "Your Sploofus Space" category.

hi.. this seems to be an issue for many of us. support is aware of it.

to contact support you can use the drop-down menu above under 'your sploofus space' --> 'player support' then --> 'online player support' then choose the category that addresses your needs.
